I’m a senior consultant with >20 years of work experience in innovative biopharmaceutical companies and CROs, both in line management roles and project management functions. The focus of my activities has always been clinical drug development, but I have also frequently been responsible for corporate strategy and infrastructure projects. This puts me in the position to offer a unique skill set for my clients.

Tasks I have successfully managed include:

  • Leadership of drug development projects from R2D transition to phase III across technology platforms (small molecules, biologics, mRNA) and geographies (EU, CEE, USA, LATAM, APAC)
  • Corporate development, e.g. building up a Clinical Operations department from scratch
  • Establishment of overarching Project Management processes
  • Leading task forces for the development of corporate infrastructure (e.g. establishment of a Clinical Trial Supply Unit) and projects outside the daily routine (e.g. selection of and tech transfer to a new central bioanalytic lab)
